What you will do
- Build and scale strategic B2B and influencer partnerships across the DACH region and international markets.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
- Develop and execute innovative partnership concepts and revenue-share campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize initiatives.
- Drive the development of scalable processes within the partnerships team using automation.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B partnership management.
- Deep knowledge and an established network within the DACH market.
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal communication skills).
- Proven negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial, impact-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Must be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.
