What you will do

• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into performant browser-extension features for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
• Implement security-sensitive logic and threat detection capabilities with minimal overhead on page load.
• Develop modular, maintainable TypeScript code and participate in rigorous team code reviews.
• Debug complex browser contexts, including background scripts, content scripts, and extension pages.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA to ship end-to-end features.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience building production frontend applications in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with browser-extension development (MV2/MV3, Extension APIs, permission models).
• Strong command of ES6+, TypeScript types, async/await, and browser execution contexts.
• Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Svelte) and responsive UI development (HTML5/CSS3).
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Experience integrating AI tools to enhance development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience publishing extensions to major browser stores.
• Knowledge of modern build tools like Vite, esbuild, Rollup, or Webpack.
• Understanding of web security risks (XSS, CSRF) and safe coding practices.
