What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for complex IT initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Remove impediments and blockers to maintain team velocity and focus.
• Coordinate release schedules and dependencies across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress against KPIs and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture and implement lessons learned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or enterprise Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PgMP, PfMP, RTE, or CSM.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Background in financial services or enterprise environments.
• Experience with AWS cloud implementations.
• Experience in both mobile and desktop application development.
