What you will do
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned with launch timelines.
- Assess the impact of changes on people, processes, and technology, and align organizational structures and resources.
- Coordinate process documentation, training programs, stakeholder communications, and engagement activities.
- Support data migration and assess organizational readiness for new capabilities, services, products, and technologies.
- Drive adoption and operationalization from go-live through transition to operations.
- Manage launch risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to minimize business disruption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational development, including 3 years focused on launch readiness or major transitions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- CCMP or Prosci Change Management Certification.
- Master's degree.
