What you will do
- Lead and develop global TS Contract and Customer Project Management Operations teams.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and take action to improve team and business outcomes.
- Prioritize and allocate resources for bids, contracts, renewals, and customer requests.
- Oversee complex negotiations, contract risk management, issue resolution, compliance, and internal controls.
- Build operational support for global auto teams and identify work suitable for transfer into the operations team.
- Partner with business and vertical teams to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or people-management experience.
- At least 2 years of project management experience and 2 years of contract negotiation experience.
- Experience leading multinational teams and building a new team.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, bid processes, contract negotiations, and risk management.
- Experience managing priorities, workloads, performance metrics, cross-functional partnerships, and shared-service transitions.
