Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Hybrid work with office attendance twice a week at One Ayala, Makati, Philippines

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate SAP/ERP transformation workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Data, and Integrations.
• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, governance, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Oversee ERP solution alignment, data readiness, integrations, testing, defect management, release cycles, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Align SAP functional and technical teams, data teams, business owners, and executive stakeholders on scope and delivery expectations.
• Partner with the Change Manager on communications, training, user readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support global rollout sequencing and enterprise adoption across regions and business units.

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale or global programs.
• Experience coordinating complex dependencies across functional, technical, data, and integration teams.
• Knowledge of program governance, change control, release management, testing, cutover, and operational transition.
• Proficiency with Agile or hybrid delivery models and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across technical teams and executive leadership.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup with office attendance twice a week in Makati.

Nice to have

• Experience managing large-scale global SAP or ERP programs, including S/4HANA implementations, ECC-to-S/4 migrations, or major ERP rollouts.
• PMP, SAFe, Agile, or comparable certifications.
