A2R DPS Analyst

What you will do

• Support finance projects related to business transitions, divestitures, and acquisitions within the global services function.
• Develop and execute regional or global deployment plans for finance strategic programs.
• Support smooth transitions to new operating models with minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage project interdependencies, risks, issues, deadlines, and stakeholder concerns.
• Coordinate multiple deployment activities and assess business readiness for transition.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, training, and guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance.
• Knowledge of general finance principles and processes, including J&J finance processes.
• Strong project management, transition, deployment, and knowledge transfer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working successfully within virtual teams and coordinating complex activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with organizational change, solutions deployment, or systems implementation.
• Six Sigma, FPX, process leadership, or project management skills.
• Experience with finance operational processes such as A2R and ITC.
• Digital or intelligent automation capabilities.
