What you will do

• Develop and expand the AvePoint partner ecosystem across Australia through strategic recruitment and engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and create partner growth plans to support long-term revenue expansion.
• Build strong relationships with partners, managing onboarding and enablement activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, vendors, and internal stakeholders to execute market development initiatives.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and channel trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Promote cybersecurity, business continuity, and Microsoft 365 solutions through partner-led GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, channel sales, or partner management within the technology industry.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, business continuity, cloud technologies, or Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of partner-led go-to-market strategies and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
