Location: Onsite in Mossville, Illinois, USA. Domestic relocation assistance is offered. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and implement new projects and programs to expand Reman hydraulic offerings.
• Coordinate with Reman businesses, sales, marketing, and platform groups to manage project resources.
• Oversee project progress and costs, communicating status to stakeholders and resolving problems.
• Influence project staffing, motivate, and develop the project team and its members.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure the effective use of project controls and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Working knowledge of tactical, operational, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of remanufacturing technologies and key features of major hydraulic products.
• Extensive experience in effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Ability to use fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools for problem-solving.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
