What you will do

• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key retail clients as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct independent analyses using NIQ tools to develop insights that drive client outcomes.
• Train and consult clients on utilizing analytics tools to democratize insights for business decisions.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and support to junior associates to manage workloads and client inquiries.
• Identify revenue opportunities and risks within assigned clients to drive sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to identify and implement business solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Consulting, or Analytics.
• Strong analytical aptitude and experience utilizing multiple complex data sets (POS data is a plus).
• Proven project management and presentation skills to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Advanced Excel.
• Must be located in the United States.
