Senior Manager, Legal & Company Secretary (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Provide legal advice to the Board, CEO, and management on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, vendor, customer, and partnership agreements.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and external counsel to balance risk and cost.
• Act as Company Secretary, organizing Board and shareholder meetings and maintaining statutory registers.
• Advise the Board on corporate governance best practices, directors' duties, and disclosure obligations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the legal and company secretarial team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate law and company secretarial functions.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and statutory filing requirements.
• Ability to manage external legal counsel and service providers.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations.
