TL;DR

Federal Account Executive (AI): Driving hirify.global's Federal growth strategy by landing new agencies and expanding existing relationships with an accent on API and AI Gateway solutions. Focus on aligning technology with Federal digital modernization, Zero Trust, and multi-cloud initiatives.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Compensation: $320K – $400K + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a Federal go-to-market strategy targeting key DoD, IC, and Civilian agencies to drive revenue.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and outreach through capture, negotiation, and close.
  • Work closely with systems integrators, resellers, and contract vehicle partners to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Establish and maintain strong executive and program-level relationships with mission owners and contracting officers.
  • Collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure alignment with mission needs.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline development and forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the U.S. Federal market (DoD, IC, or Civilian).
  • Proficiency in Federal acquisition and procurement processes, including IDIQs, GWACs, and OTAs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder software or cloud deals.
  • Experience selling to senior executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and Program Managers.
  • Strong consultative sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of open source, API, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies.
