What you will do

• Manage end-to-end setup and continuous optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Perform targeting adjustments, budget reallocation, and bidding modifications based on strategic briefs.
• Monitor performance trends across a multi-account franchise ecosystem to identify and fix underperforming regions.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Conduct daily audits for ad disapprovals, budget pacing, and compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the digital team to improve backend agency workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience scaling Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience managing multi-account configurations (agencies or franchise networks).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret raw metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in localized digital marketing for fitness centers, gyms, or retail networks.
• Ability to build automated reporting frameworks in Looker Studio.
