What you will do

• Execute lead-generating paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Reddit Ads.
• Manage campaign trafficking, including ad creative, keywords, URL UTMs, and audience building.
• Conduct A/B split testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and pixels.
• Monitor performance and report results to stakeholders via Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Analyze CAC, CPL, and ROAS to guide strategic optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (e-Verify requirement).
• 2-3+ years of experience with Google Search, FB & Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, REGEX, and QUERY.
• Familiarity with CRM or MAP tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
