What you will do

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns while supporting initiatives on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Own keyword strategy, bidding, and search intent optimization to drive high-quality leads.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of paid campaigns from targeting and creative briefing to reporting.
  • Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS to ensure acquisition efficiency.
  • Experiment with emerging platforms like Reddit, X, and TikTok to scale reach.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns.
  • Proven experience running B2B paid media campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets or global audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-converting assets.
  • Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

  • Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
  • Experience leveraging first-party data and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-touch reporting.
