What you will do
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns while supporting initiatives on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Own keyword strategy, bidding, and search intent optimization to drive high-quality leads.
- Manage the full lifecycle of paid campaigns from targeting and creative briefing to reporting.
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS to ensure acquisition efficiency.
- Experiment with emerging platforms like Reddit, X, and TikTok to scale reach.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns.
- Proven experience running B2B paid media campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets or global audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-converting assets.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Nice to have
- Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
- Experience leveraging first-party data and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-touch reporting.
