What you will do
- Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and CTV platforms.
- Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Analytics to translate data into actionable insights.
- Manage campaign pacing, forecasting, and efficient spend allocation aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure media execution aligns with broader revenue goals.
- Test new strategies, creative formats, and optimization frameworks to support scalability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and paid advertising.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including paid search and social.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia.
- Ability to work according to U.S. Business Hours.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis and forecasting.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling large multi-platform advertising campaigns in agencies or growth marketing environments.
- Knowledge of programmatic media buying and attribution models.
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and CTV advertising.
