TL;DR

Digital Media Manager (Performance Marketing): Managing and optimizing end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and CTV platforms with an accent on campaign execution, scaling, and ROI. Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia). Working hours: U.S. Business Hours

What you will do

  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and CTV platforms.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Analytics to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign pacing, forecasting, and efficient spend allocation aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure media execution aligns with broader revenue goals.
  • Test new strategies, creative formats, and optimization frameworks to support scalability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and paid advertising.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including paid search and social.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia.
  • Ability to work according to U.S. Business Hours.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis and forecasting.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling large multi-platform advertising campaigns in agencies or growth marketing environments.
  • Knowledge of programmatic media buying and attribution models.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and CTV advertising.
