What you will do
- Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting in real time.
- Execute structured A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Implement and maintain tracking systems including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align paid media efforts with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Time Zones.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably and improving ROAS/CPA.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting dashboards.
Nice to have
- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications.
