What you will do

• Build and optimize Google Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for ad copy and creatives.
• Execute SEO growth strategies including metadata, internal linking, and on-page optimization.
• Manage social media engagement by responding to interactions and scheduling optimized content.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and SEO tools to provide actionable insights and reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and SEO.
• Proficiency with GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta Ads platforms.
• Must be based in Panama.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Background in SaaS, E-commerce, or B2B marketing.
• Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing systems.
