Project Engineer, LS

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; field-based work

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and calibrate life science products and related equipment.
• Examine and test customer equipment and peripherals.
• Schedule and complete planned maintenance activities, testing, and equipment return or storage.
• Process technical service activities through SAP and Oxando.
• Maintain service records and control spare-parts orders.
• Provide field-based customer contact, remedial action, technical support, and training.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration of life science equipment.
• Ability to examine and test customer equipment and peripherals.
• Ability to manage service documentation, spare-parts control, pending case reports, and weekly plans.
• Awareness of and compliance with hirify.global quality management policies, procedures, legislation, and applicable standards.
• Ability to provide technical support and training to customers in the field.
