What you will do

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and calibration of life science products.
• Test customer equipment and peripherals and manage the scheduling of testing and storage.
• Process technical service records and spare parts orders using SAP and Oxando.
• Provide technical support and training to customers to optimize system performance.
• Ensure strict alignment with hirify.global QMS policies, legislation, and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets while providing regular pending case reports.

Requirements

• Experience in planning and executing projects related to bioprocessing or laboratory equipment.
• Ability to perform field work for installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
• Proficiency in maintaining service records and spare parts control.
