Service Application Engineer (Gas Turbine Overhaul)

What you will do

• Support gas turbine overhaul, technical assistance, and spare-parts activities for the SGT-700 fleet.
• Plan and complete maintenance projects while identifying additional customer requirements and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Application Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions, meetings, and customer presentations of project scopes.
• Use SAP, PLM2020, and other engineering and maintenance tools to improve service efficiency.
• Contribute to technical competence development in an international service environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Technical experience with gas turbines or other rotating equipment, including medium-sized gas turbine maintenance.
• Experience in service business environments and rotary equipment maintenance.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems and tools used in engineering and maintenance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Siemens turbines.
