What you will do
- Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch to power the B2B revenue engine.
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including data models, pipeline stages, automations, reporting, and integrations.
- Build and maintain prospecting and enrichment workflows using Clay and LinkedIn.
- Implement call recording and conversation intelligence tools for coaching and pipeline insights.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows for lead scoring, call summarization, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align systems and data.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Practical experience implementing AI tools within sales workflows.
- Proven track record of architecting systems and processes from loose briefs.
- Technical mindset with proficiency in data, integrations, and automation logic.
- Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a sales ops function at an early or growth-stage startup.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or low-code tools like Zapier and Make.
- Experience supporting both SDR and AE motions.
- Prior experience working in a remote and distributed team.
