TL;DR

Sales & Customer Success Representative (SaaS): Managing front-line customer relations and warm-sales operations for a seasonal pool service B2B platform with an accent on lead conversion and pipeline management. Location: Remote (Must be based in LATAM or South Africa). Work schedule: EST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)

Salary: $1,300 – $1,800 USD/month

A bootstrapped B2B SaaS company providing software for the seasonal pool service industry.

What you will do

  • Own the entire front-line customer and warm-sales operation.
  • Handle inbound support calls and tickets to ensure customer confidence.
  • Conduct 15–30 minute discovery and quoting calls with warm leads.
  • Manage the HubSpot pipeline, including follow-ups and trade-show leads.
  • Undergo initial immersion in the founder's service business to learn operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a hybrid customer success and inside sales role.
  • Proven track record of closing deals via phone with warm inbound leads.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for pipeline, sequencing, and deal-stage tracking.
  • Experience selling to or supporting SMB service businesses (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, landscaping).
  • C1+ English proficiency for live phone communication with US-based customers.
  • Must be based in LATAM or South Africa.

Nice to have

  • Experience with seasonal or field-service business demand cycles.
  • Prior work in early-stage, founder-led companies.
  • Familiarity with FSM software like Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan.
  • Experience using AI-assisted support tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
