What you will do

• Optimize the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, and internal AI agents to ensure measurable ROI.
• Build reliable revenue reporting and dashboards to provide leadership with accurate business performance insights.
• Design and improve lead management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and territory processes.
• Manage and develop AI agent infrastructure across the GTM function to drive productivity.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance leaders to scope problems and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise with deep understanding of CRM architecture and automation.
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on long-term scalability and ROI.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and present complex trade-offs clearly.
• Startup or scale-up experience with comfort in ambiguous environments.
• Curiosity for AI-driven operations and agentic workflows.
