What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Clinical leadership as the primary finance voice to drive strategic decisions.
• Own revenue and margin analytics across the clinic network to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Develop pricing strategies, product mix, and customer economics to ensure accretive growth.
• Analyze granular unit economics at clinic, channel, and geography levels, comparing AU vs US markets.
• Design KPIs and commercial scorecards to provide a unified view of business performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives and perform rigorous scenario planning for material capital allocation.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior commercial leaders.
• Advanced capability in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or PE-backed environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive teams and push back when necessary.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure within a maturing finance function.
