What you will do

• Execute debt and equity capital raising transactions, including analysis, negotiation, and marketing.
• Manage relationships with investors and investment banks, including reporting and diligence requests.
• Build complex financial and operating models to support cross-functional strategic business decisions.
• Develop reporting materials and analyses for Management and the Board of Directors.
• Implement improved tracking systems for investor interactions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and work product quality.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity.
• Extensive experience building financial and operating models for capital raising and M&A.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
• Interest in applying AI tools to financial processes.
