What you will do

• Execute debt and equity capital raising transactions, including analysis, negotiation, and marketing.
• Manage relationships with current and potential capital partners and investment banks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build financial and operating models for key business decisions.
• Develop reporting and update materials for Management and Board meetings.
• Implement improved tracking systems for investor interactions.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize financial workflows and improve work product quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Extensive experience in building financial and operating models for capital raising and M&A.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
• Interest in applying AI tools to financial processes.
