What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, and post-launch optimization.
- Lead initiatives focused on healthcare enrollment workflows, eligibility, ingestion, and downstream integrations.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to manage backlogs and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, user-centered workflows for complex enrollment processes.
- Maintain detailed product documentation, including release notes and data flow diagrams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Health Sciences.
- 5–8+ years of product management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Deep understanding of healthcare enrollment processes and benefits administration.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience with Edifecs tools and healthcare EDI standards (834, 999, TA1) is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern integration patterns.
