What you will do

• Conduct customer, market, and UX research to identify user pain points and drivers of retention.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and strategy by synthesizing data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and marketing to deliver enhancements from concept to launch.
• Manage the business plan and P&L for assigned products, including revenue forecasting and performance tracking.
• Support go-to-market activities and monitor competitive market trends.
• Serve as the product expert, presenting features and value propositions to sales teams and customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Must be based in the US or Canada (Eastern or Central time zones)
• Ability to work hybrid (8 days/month in office)
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business partners.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform product decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
