What you will do

• Develop deep expertise in Controlled Substance products, data assets, and the regulatory landscape.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau to identify trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of reporting and data product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Translate customer feedback and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Explore and implement AI or automation tools to enhance internal workflows and product efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or data analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau for analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, government, or insurance.
• Active, demonstrated use of AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate product work.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and data governance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience using Python or other analytical tools.
