Compensation: $129,339–$145,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for business intelligence capabilities, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Lead enhancements and greenfield implementations of data-driven modules and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable system architecture.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization using Agile methodologies.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve data quality, consistency, and speed to value.
• Monitor key performance metrics to iterate on features and improve user adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in technical product management within a SaaS environment, including 4+ years focused on data solutions.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and enterprise systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI use cases in enterprise environments.
