Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (plus bonus).

What you will do

• Lead North America upstream marketing, including voice-of-customer research and competitive analysis.
• Execute downstream marketing initiatives such as positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Develop and own clinical pathology strategies, including disease state expertise and procedural workflows.
• Partner with clinical and medical stakeholders to support evidence generation and key opinion leader engagement.
• Manage annual business plans, product forecasts, and pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or strategic marketing within medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven ability to translate clinical insights into actionable business strategies.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, portfolio management, and product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
