Business Automation Manager (International)

Location: Toronto, Canada; office work is generally required Monday through Thursday, with Fridays generally flexible for remote work.

Salary: CAD 94,600–108,300 annual base salary for Ontario

What you will do

• Represent operational needs from international advertising markets, including Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Brazil.
• Collect, prioritize, and drive enhancement requests across the advertising campaign lifecycle, including CRM, OMS, creative, reporting, and billing.
• Serve as an end-to-end liaison between international operations and product and automation teams.
• Deliver application training, ongoing support, and process documentation.
• Support the Salesforce Platform Team's software development lifecycle, including leading user acceptance testing and authoring user guides.
• Apply AI-first and agent-first approaches to improve operational efficiency and scale workflows.

Requirements

• Experience working across cross-functional operational, product, and automation teams.
• Ability to collect, prioritize, and communicate business requirements across complex workflows.
• Experience with application support, training, process documentation, and user acceptance testing.
• Comfort operating across ambiguity and organizational boundaries.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI, agents, or automation to improve quality, speed, and scale.
• Ability to work from the Toronto, Canada office generally Monday through Thursday.
