What you will do

• Establish and drive a proactive safety culture across the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA 1910 and 1926 standards.
• Facilitate daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts and develop corrective/preventive action plans.
• Oversee the safe commissioning and transition from construction to operational status.
• Manage the permit-to-work process within designated power blocks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Health and Safety management systems.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910 standards.
• Experience in industrial, energy infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Abilene, TX.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Industrial Technology.
• Professional certification such as Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST).
• Experience with data analysis and safety performance reporting tools.
