What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers by building and managing target prospecting lists.
  • Book and qualify meetings to ensure strong attendance and show-up rates for closers.
  • Develop and refine objection-handling strategies and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, logging all activity and pipeline progression.
  • Report daily and weekly activity metrics independently without close supervision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR or Appointment Setter with a track record of exceeding outbound targets.
  • Expertise in executing multi-channel outbound prospecting simultaneously.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. Business Hours from South Africa.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for independent operation.
  • Ability to provide measurable performance metrics (conversion rates, call volume, quota attainment).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to U.S.-based clients or within the home services industry.
  • Background in B2B sales or marketing agency environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or auto-dialers like CloudTalk and Aircall.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools.
  • Experience working within a growing startup or early-stage organization.
