What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and engage decision-makers by building and managing target prospecting lists.
- Book and qualify meetings to ensure strong attendance and show-up rates for closers.
- Develop and refine objection-handling strategies and conversion-focused messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, logging all activity and pipeline progression.
- Report daily and weekly activity metrics independently without close supervision.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR or Appointment Setter with a track record of exceeding outbound targets.
- Expertise in executing multi-channel outbound prospecting simultaneously.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work U.S. Business Hours from South Africa.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for independent operation.
- Ability to provide measurable performance metrics (conversion rates, call volume, quota attainment).
Nice to have
- Experience selling to U.S.-based clients or within the home services industry.
- Background in B2B sales or marketing agency environments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or auto-dialers like CloudTalk and Aircall.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools.
- Experience working within a growing startup or early-stage organization.
