Software Engineer - Fullstack Developer (Java/React)

What you will do

• Develop customized hybrid-cloud big-data applications supporting cybersecurity missions.
• Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Build backend and frontend capabilities using technologies such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript frameworks, React, and Vue.
• Create RESTful web services and integrate APIs, databases, and identity platforms.
• Research, define, and recommend technologies in partnership with customers and engineering teams.
• Develop secure solutions for classified systems and DoD cybersecurity operations.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification required within 30 days of contract start; Security+ or equivalent is acceptable.
• At least 4 years of software development experience covering the software development life cycle.
• At least 3 years of combined backend or frontend development experience.
• Experience with Agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab, or GitHub, plus strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• TS/SCI eligibility, a master’s degree, or active DoD 8570 IAT II certification.
• Experience with MISP, OpenCTI, large language models, Keycloak, ICAM, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD automation tools.
• DoD cybersecurity operations, classified system development, information assurance, cybersecurity certifications, or Agile Scrum Master experience.
• Eight years of full-stack or backend and frontend software development experience.
