What you will do

• Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets of approximately £12–15m per annum.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor for strategic initiatives.
• Lead the design and oversight of complex engagements, including cloud migration, data transformation, and regulatory change programs.
• Manage team utilization and ensure high-quality delivery of consulting outputs.
• Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital to enhance the company's industry brand in capital markets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in CXO-level client engagement and relationship management.
• Proven track record of selling and executing complex projects in a consulting, corporate, or financial services environment.
• Deep expertise in Capital Markets, including Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, or Market Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience delivering transformation in domains such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, or Regulatory Change (MiFID II, EMIR, Basel III).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing margins and driving revenue growth.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for high-end consulting deliverables.
