What you will do
- Lead people management: performance management, career development, compensation discussions, coaching, mentoring, recruitment, onboarding, and capability building.
- Own client delivery outcomes: project profitability, quality, client satisfaction, and governance across internal and client forums.
- Drive business growth: sell services, contribute to profitable services strategy, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
- Support pre- and post-sales activities: scoping, rollout discussions, and creating Statements of Work aligned with Customer Success.
- Coordinate delivery execution: ensure project staffing with Consulting leads and global resource management.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of asset management / asset owner operations and processes.
- Experience delivering complex transformation programs in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven ability to deploy and scale standard solutions.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop talent.
- Ability to build trusted senior client relationships and deliver complex projects with high quality and control.
- Based in Copenhagen and able to focus on UK and Nordics.
