What you will do

• Lead and deliver advisory engagements to help customers optimize the value of their NTS implementations.
• Apply technical expertise to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer surveillance controls.
• Utilize proprietary analytical tools to assess market data and provide recommendations on risk and control coverage.
• Optimize alert scenarios and data control frameworks for global clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to the growth of the advisory function by developing analytical tools and scalable frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in trade surveillance or compliance monitoring within a global financial services firm.
• Strong understanding of asset class structures, including Equities, Listed Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
• Familiarity with market regulations such as MAR, FINRA, or SEC requirements.
• Proven ability to perform complex analysis and produce high-quality documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in-office).

Nice to have

• Experience building analytical tools, automations, or working with AI-assisted development.
• Proficiency with the hirify.global Trade Surveillance platform or similar solutions.
• Experience analyzing large datasets within a compliance or surveillance context.
