What you will do

• Determine store inventory mix and allocate merchandise to maximize sales volume.
• Analyze sales data and product performance to refine merchandise mix and report category evaluation.
• Manage purchase orders, track merchandise, and monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the Category Planner.
• Collaborate with Product Developers on initial product pricing and implement pricing changes.
• Coordinate new store openings, including assortment determination and on-site merchandise tagging.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to orchestrate brand tactics, execution, and communication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Buying or Merchandising.
• College degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or Design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Corporate Office in Boston Heights, OH.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the Furniture or Interiors industry.
