Account Executive, SME & Growth (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify high-potential prospects and generate leads that drive revenue growth.
• Develop scalable sales strategies for new customer acquisition within the assigned territory.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design through closing.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations involving multiple products.
• Improve onboarding and customer experience by working cross-functionally to resolve customer pain points.
• Maintain current and prospective customer data in the CRM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably selling complex products, with a record of top performance.
• Experience developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and stakeholders from finance managers to CEOs, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving multiple products.
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in technology and financial services, with a deep understanding of the space.
