What you will do
- Develop and execute market strategies for institutional and commercial customers across Europe and global markets.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract closing.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with ESA, DLR, national agencies, and satellite operators.
- Coordinate cross-functional bid activities with Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Build and lead a world-class commercial team to exceed revenue objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development within space, aerospace, or deep-tech sectors.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and expanding market share.
- Deep knowledge of global space industry trends and procurement processes (ESA/DLR/EU).
- Technical understanding of space systems and ability to translate them into value propositions.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Berlin.
