What you will do
- Prospect, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Grow and manage OEM and distributor accounts.
- Execute blue-chip projects and lead new product launches.
- Lead proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
- Meet sales targets and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
- Partner with regional sales and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven experience in the roofing market.
- Experience managing complex, multi-site accounts.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Must possess valid work authorization in the hiring country.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% across EIMEA and to the US as needed.
Nice to have
- Background in adhesives or construction materials.
- Experience with OEM or distribution in building products.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
- Proven revenue growth in matrixed organizational environments.
