What you will do

• Perform regular and irregular maintenance, repairs, and installations of systems at customer sites.
• Analyze technical problems, gather diagnostic data, and execute resolution approaches.
• Document and package problem data for escalation to 2nd line support.
• Train customers on equipment use and routine maintenance.
• Identify and report process gaps to stakeholders for optimization.
• Coach and support less experienced engineers on their first tasks.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Professional experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product functionality for main and sub-modules.
• Must be based in or able to work in Tainan, Taiwan.
