What you will do

• Serve as the technical gatekeeper for process and material changes at subcontractor sites.
• Drive the resolution of production issues, yield problems, and quality deviations.
• Monitor and manage subcontractor performance against operational and quality KPIs.
• Support NPI and industrialization of new packages and processes.
• Lead cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
• Participate in quality and customer audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly or backend manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in high-volume and high-mix production environments.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor packaging processes and manufacturing flows.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
