Location: Remote (Illinois, USA)

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 per year

An AI-first SaaS startup developing a platform to help manage and prioritize very large-scale projects in construction and infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts as the primary post-sale contact.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation activities to ensure customers realize long-term value.
  • Build success plans tied to specific customer goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Run regular business reviews and value conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health and product usage to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Illinois, USA.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CSM, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Management.
  • Proven track record of managing Enterprise SaaS customers through the full post-sale lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise in onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for senior-level contacts.

Nice to have

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project controls industries.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar planning tools.
  • Experience with complex workflows and data-driven technical SaaS products.
  • Experience conducting QBRs and executive reporting.
