What you will do

• Support the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment across multiple teams.
• Contribute to rolling short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs and executive presentations.
• Analyze monthly actuals vs. budget, highlighting key variances and business insights.
• Partner with business units to track expenses and define meaningful KPIs.
• Design and implement AI-driven tools and automation to improve FP&A workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A or similar finance roles.
• Experience within Hi-Tech or SaaS environments (strong advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical mindset and project management capability.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with NetSuite.
