FP&A Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance business partner for VIC and NSW Operations teams.
• Coordinate site inputs for annual budgets and periodic re-forecasts in Planful.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and commentary on site cost performance.
• Track Capex spend and support ROI analysis for capital projects.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to resolve cost allocation and inventory issues.
• Support continuous improvement of manufacturing financial processes and reporting templates.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or cost accounting, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling).
• Experience with ERP and planning systems like NetSuite or Planful.
• Ability to work autonomously in a site-based role.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or SQL.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Previous experience business partnering with operational teams.
