Senior Salesforce and Business Applications Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Manage complex cross-functional projects from ideation and requirements gathering through deployment and optimization.
• Own system health, functionality, maintenance, configuration, and alignment with business goals.
• Support, enhance, and automate Salesforce operations across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Implement AI-driven workflows and tools to improve business-process efficiency.
• Identify business gaps, propose innovative solutions, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and upskill junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Applications System Analyst or Project Manager translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Advanced Salesforce configuration, administration, and enterprise automation expertise, including Flow Orchestration and complex Flows.
• Experience implementing AI-driven tools and solutions for business processes.
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations, plus mandatory hands-on experience with Workato.
• Familiarity with Apex triggers and classes and Lightning Web Components for reviewing and collaborating on technical solutions.
• Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, asynchronous processing, data modeling, scalable architecture, and high-volume environments; B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
