What you will do

• Analyze client business requirements and design customized Salesforce solutions.
• Lead system configuration, integrations, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage data migrations, integrity checks, and system optimization.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support client decision-making.
• Support change management, user adoption, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical consultation and maintain knowledge of Salesforce advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and other system implementation projects.
• Expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and process improvement.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification such as Consultant, Administrator, or Architect.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Background in data modeling, security frameworks, and compliance considerations.
