CRM Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution design for Salesforce initiatives, including technical design documents, data models, integration specifications, and architecture decision records.
• Evaluate solutions across Salesforce clouds and platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ServiceMax, Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud.
• Design integrations with SnapLogic, SAP, and other enterprise systems, including data flows, API contracts, event-driven patterns, and error handling.
• Shape product roadmaps with Product Owners through feasibility assessments, sequencing recommendations, prototypes, and tradeoff analysis.
• Enable Agile delivery by defining acceptance criteria, preparing work ahead of sprints, supporting backlog refinement, and reviewing implementations against the design.
• Design AI-augmented delivery specifications and AI solutions with guardrails, escalation flows, human-in-the-loop controls, responsible-use practices, and governance for regulated data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design, architecture, or senior technical delivery roles.
• Experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and third-party add-ons such as ServiceMax and Conga CPQ/CLM.
• Experience with integrations involving middleware, ERP systems such as SAP, and enterprise data platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data and security models, automation frameworks, governor limits, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware orchestration.
• Working knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, ServiceMax, Conga CPQ, and Conga CLM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience; Agile Scrum experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA, FDA, or SOX.
• Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Agentforce Specialist, or Data Cloud Consultant.
